I don't currently have an account with SSP - can I buy from you?

SSP Distribution are a trade only supplier.  As long as you or your company are a bonafide trade customer we can take orders via email, telephone or fax.

If I am a trade installer or reseller, but don't have a credit account, can I buy from you?

Yes. We can take order payments using credit cards (excepting American Express), Bank Transfer or proforma cheque payment

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order charge.

How do we set up a credit account?

Initial orders with SSP Distribtion are always on a proforma basis. We will offer credit accounts to customers who have a trading history with us.  Please contact us for application forms.

Where can I see your products?

We will be pleased to arrange for one of our sales people to visit your premises or for you to visit Ikon AVS where they have a demonstration facility.  Otherwise we attend a number of trade shows throughout the year - please see our NEWS section for the latest exhibition details.

I am not a trade customer.  Where can I buy your products?

Please contact us and we will send you a list of resellers.

Can you arrange a delivery directly to our customer?

Yes.  We will ship to site.  Please supply full contact details in writing via fax or email including site telephone numbers.  PLEASE NOTE: we will only ship to site or direct to your customer using a carrier and not Royal Mail.  This is so that we can track any parcel not delivered.

Can we send a product to our customer from you using our own paperwork?

Yes.  Please supply a delivery note with the order and we will include this instead of our own.
